Wi-Fi Connection

The 3D IoT comes with a Wi-Fi module on-board allowing connections in Access Point mode (wireless network generation) or Station mode (connection to existing networks).

Automatic saving of print job in event of end-of-filament or power failure

No more print job losses! The optical sensor for detecting end-of-filament conditions and the integrated mini-UPS system ensure that print jobs are automatically saved with smooth job recovery as soon as normal operating conditions are restored.

The Olivetti 3D IoT is fully compliant with EC Standards. The enclosed structure and lock-protected door safeguard users in any kind of operating environment. 

Optimum table adherence

The heated table in conjunction with the printing surface in PEI (polyetherimide) result in optimal table adherence, eliminating or reducing to a minimum the use of glues and which, in turn, facilitates the removal of printed objects.

  • The Olivetti 3D IoT can produce objects using the filaments of differing thermoplastic materials, including technical and flexible materials
  • ​However, the use of non-certified filaments could cause the extruders’ and nozzles’ clog, with consequent interruption of the operations and possible replacement of some components. 
    For this reason, we suggest the use of Olivetti filaments to guarantee the printer correct operations and the best quality of printed items.
