PLA

The PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a vegetable base organic polymer, fully recyclable, highly versatile, with good mechanical and elastic characteristics.

  • It presents a glossy finish, with an exceptional tactile feeling, which is perfect for aesthetic objects production.
  • Its excellent resistance to UV avoids color variations.
  • Easy to print, easy to sand.
  • It’s a very versatile material that can be used in many application fields, especially for who needs to verify the item aesthetics and proportions, having a shiny surface.

The PLA is available in 1 kg spools, in these colors: Red, Green, Blue and Yellow

PLA LAYER

The PLA LAYER is a Loaded Polylactic Acid filament for 3D printing, which ensures excellent printing quality.

The Loaded Polylactic Acid is a vegetable base Biopolymer, very versatile, with good mechanical and elastic characteristics.

  • It has a glossy finish: its main feature is to keep subtle the overlapping layers, so it becomes ideal for high-quality aesthetic objects and it has exceptional tactile feeling.
  • The excellent resistance to UV rays avoids color variations.
  • Easy to print, easy to sand.
  • Compared with the normal PLA, the PLA LAYER has excellent heat resistance and high mechanical resistance.

The PLA Layer is available in 2kg  and 1kg spools, in these colors: White, Black and Grey

PLA RENEGADE

PLA Renegade is a Loaded Polylactic Acid filament for 3D printing, which ensures superb printing quality.

The Loaded Polylactic Acid is a vegetable base Biopolymer, very versatile, with excellent mechanical and elastic characteristics.

  • It has a glossy finish: its main feature is to make virtually unnoticeable the overlapping layers, so it becomes ideal for high-quality aesthetic objects and it has exceptional tactile feeling.
  • Easy to print, easy to sand.
  • Compared with the normal PLA, the PLA Renegade has superb heat resistance and highest mechanical resistance, comparable to ABS
  • PLA Renegade may come in contact with food, having been successfully tested according to Regulation 10/2011 / EU (on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food).

PLA Renegade is available 1 Kg spools, only in natural (white) color.

PLA ENDURANCE

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a Bio polymer of vegetable origin, which is completely recyclable, very versatile with good mechanical and elastic properties.

Having a shiny finish it is ideal for producing attractive objects that are pleasant to the touch.

  • The PLA Endurance is a Loaded Polylactic Acid, with a special formulation that makes it especially fluid and smooth when printing, eliminating the risk of nozzle clogging and retraction problems during high speed printing.
  • Therefore PLA Endurance is a material particularly useful for medium / long lasting prints and in all cases in which the printer is to be used at a high speed.

The PLA Endurance is available 0,75 kg spools, in Aluminium Grey color.

ULTRAFLEXX (only for S2 and 3D IoT)

Ultraflexx is a superior ThermoPlastic Elastomer (TPE) based, excellent in shape memory: when folded, compressed or twisted, it returns quickly to its previous state.

It is used in several industrial fields because of its high resistance to stress and to oils aggression, of its elastic response and its resilience.

It’s the ideal material for sports footwear, high-strength cases, automotive, industrial bumpers and industry branches that use elastic components as energy absorbers.

The Ultraflexx is available in 1 kg spools, only in White color.

ABS-OL (only for S2 e 3D IoT)

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a thermoplastic polymer, with good properties in impact resistance and toughness, used largely for mechanical purposes

  • Thanks to its particular composition, the ABS-OL minimizes warping, optimizes the adhesion to the printing bed and allows an excellent interlayer adhesion.
  • This is a versatile material that can be used in many fields of application, especially for producing strong objects that require a high impact tolerance.

The ABS-OL is available 0,75 kg spools, in White color.

    RUBBER HS (only for S2 and 3D IoT)

    Rubber HS Rubber HS is a high-quality elastomer supplied as a 3D filament, with optimal flexural properties, great tensile strength and high-level aesthetic results.

    • It’s the ideal material for all industrial and design sectors which need a material that combines optimally flexibility, resistance and aesthetic quality.
    • Rubber HS may come in contact with food, having been successfully tested according to Regulation 10/2011 / EU (on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food).

    Rubber HS is available 1 Kg spools, in these colors: natural, green and blue.

    Monumental is a filament whose mineral micropowders composition gives an Italian marble effect to the end result.

    • With its aesthetic and tactile qualities, Monumental is the ideal material for the realization of static models of great scenic impact
    • After printing, the end result can be excellently finished by hand with sandpaper and water
    • Product specifically developed for the architectural industry, design and archeology, Monumental is the ideal material for architects, civil engineers, designers, artists and archeologists

    WOOD

    WOOD is a Polylactic Acid filament with wood micropowders.

    • Great aesthetic quality material, WOOD is variously well-utilized in the design fields
    • Easy to Print, it gives a real wood feeling, even in scent
    • After printing, the end result can be excellently finished by hand with sandpaper and water
    • WOOD is the ideal material for architectural firms, handcraft objects, designers and artists.

    CARBONIUM (only for S2 and 3D IoT)

    CARBONIUM is a polyamide filament with carbon micropowders.

    • As well as giving a fiber appearance to objects, the carbon adds hardness, elasticity, resistance to strain and to mechanical fatigue.
    • Ideal to create items that require particular mechanical resistance, with fast and easy post-processing options.
    • Ideal material for automotive parts and accessories that require light weight together with strength

    The Carbonium is available in 0,5 Kg spools, only in Black color.

    Carbonium can be printed only using the Ruby nozzles, to be purchased separately.

    PVA (material for support items - only for S2)

    PVA is a filament particularly aimed at support building

    PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) is thermally stable, easily printable and water soluble.

    PVA is optimal as support material in complex prints, because of its ability to be easily separated from the main object, by immersion in water.

    Once dissolved in water, the PVA is biodegradable.

    PVA is available in two versions:

    PVA-LT

    • PVA-LT has to be used in combination with materials which dont’ require high temperature estrusion, as PLA.
    • Once printed, PVA-LT melts in lukewarm water

    PVA-LT is available  0,5 Kg spools, only in white color

    PVA-AT

    • PVA-AT has to be used in combination with materials which require high temperature estrusion, as ABS or Carbonium.
    • Once printed, PVA-AT melts in lukewarm water

    PVA-AT is available 0,5 Kg spools, only in white color
